AOA,Is it sunnah to eat some sweet after meal as people usually say lets do a sunnah and eat some sweet after meal.

no, prophet pbuh didnt have meal every time, how could he manage a sweet too. however eating sweet without caring of specific time can be considered as a Sunnah since it is mentioned in a Hadith: Prophet pbuh liked sweet.
