offering Isha after 90 min to sunset

Question
Assalam o Alaikum Respectable Multi Sahib,

We are students and residing in Torino, Italy. In our city, the administration use to offer Isha Prayer after one and half (1.5) hours of Maghrib prayer (in Mosques) because the time of Isha prayer is getting too late in summers, upto 11:57 pm. But most of the students offer prayers at home with jamat. So my question is if we are allowed to offer our Isha prayer after one and half hours of Magrib prayer at home as well. Some students are mentioning that they have asked that we can offer Isha prayer after SHAFAQ E AHMAR (Red Light on Horizon after Sunset).
Answer
wa alaikumussalam
Isha can be offered after red or white twilight-set when sun is below horizon by at least 12 and 15 degree respectively. i do not calculated the difference b/w magrib and Isha  timings of ur city. if time differnece does not cross 90 minutes duration in the year, you people are allowed to use this criterian at home too.
